Terms & Conditions – 8bet

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 8bet website accessible at 8bet.lat and all associated services, applications, and tools provided therein.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the 8bet Platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform's betting and gaming services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, slot, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Funds" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or approved cryptocurrency equivalents deposited into or held within a Player's Account.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which 8bet confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on 8bet. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. 8bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held will be returned through the verified payment method on record.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. 8bet does not represent that its services are legal in all locations from which they may be accessible. 2.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. 2.5 KYC Verification. 8bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC — at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification to 8bet's satisfaction may result in restrictions on your Account, including suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party. 8bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

3.2 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8bet immediately via live chat or email. 8bet will investigate and may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as inactive. 8bet reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee not exceeding Rs 500 per calendar month to inactive accounts. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account. 8bet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. 8bet may request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. 8bet operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. The Platform reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable cause to suspect that funds are derived from unlawful activity. 5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on 8bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game type, or product. These rules are published within each game or betting section and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5.2 Void and Cancelled Events. 8bet reserves the right to void bets on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or where the integrity of the event is in question. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error, 8bet reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. No payout will be due on a wager placed at a materially incorrect price resulting from a technical error.

5.4 Bet Settlement. All bets are settled according to official results from governing bodies. For cricket, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), International Cricket Council (ICC), or equivalent authority will be referenced as applicable.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player Responsibility. 8bet strongly advocates responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. Players are encouraged to set clear personal budgets and time limits before commencing play.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8bet Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets;

9. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from 8bet.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

10.2 8bet's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10.3 8bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

11. Privacy & Data

8bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein. Personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

8bet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Account balance.
